Institute of Social Security of the State of Mexico
The Institute of Social Security of the State of Mexico entrusted Ikusi with a project for administrative service infrastructure for voice and data purporting to provide support to the technological infrastructure of the ISSEM&M and thus create a reliable and secure network that would enable data exchanges between the customer's worksites and end users. The project, which affects the medical centers, out-patient clinics, doctors' offices and vacation centers of the Institute, entails the total renovation of its infrastructure.
It will contribute added benefits to both the Institute and its end customers and users. Thus, video telephone services and network control and monitoring provide ISEMM&M with new structures and benefits in its operations. On their side, users and end customers will experience improvements in the care received, since renovation of the technological infrastructure enables the technical personnel of the Institute to focus exclusively on specific tasks of value for its clients, while Ikusi takes charge of operating and maintaining network service levels.
ISEMM&M has been an Ikusi client since 2008 and the awarding of this new contract strengthens its position as technological partner to this agency, which currently runs 110 medical units: 4 tertiary care hospitals, 10 secondary care hospitals and 94 primary care hospitals.
