Ikusi Mexico inaugurates its renovated Operations Center
Ikusi, as part of their commitment to always provide the best service, opened at Mexico City offices, an innovative hub for IT and Telecommunication Network where the Service Desk and Network Operation Center (NOC) are located.
"The renewal of this hub is not just about changing facilities, is part of what Ikusi is looking: a new look with an innovative approach to services," said Carlos Barron, Manager of Services and Operations Committee during the opening of the facilities held on February 11.
This will benefit customers, because the Service Desk acts as the first contact, when you use any of the services offered by Ikusi Networks, when an incident occurs. Once you've identified the problem, the case is assigned to an engineer NOC or SOC, actions that with this renewal will be even more efficient.
That's how Ikusi integrates all the technologies needed for the projects of our customers to become sustainable over time, another example of what the Smart Experience Ikusi is.
