The main challenge is to streamline and incorporate processes to provide a better customer experience, which translates into more revenue.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, this meeting addressed current issues for the retail sector such as omnichannel, the application as a new point of contact for the user, the experience at the point of sale, communications infrastructure as an enabler of business, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ikusi.com\/en\/technological-bid\/cybersecurity\/\">cybersecurity<\/a> and sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>The people who attended the conference had the opportunity to learn from Ikusi and Cisco about the latest technological developments for the retail sector, as well as real examples of how to apply these technologies to improve customer experience and increase sales.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ses-imagotag.com\/\">SES-Imagotag<\/a>, a world leader in digital smart tags and IoT solutions for physical retailers, has shared with the attendees different success stories of digital transformation they have developed for the management and control of stores, making them ultra-connected and ultra-efficient, while allowing a true omnichannel shopping experience in the store.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":21556,"template":"","categorias":[402],"class_list":["post-10181","actualidad","type-actualidad","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","categorias-projects"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.9 -
