Ikusi has formalized a collaboration with the Adecco Foundation through which it will support its program #JobsForAllPeople. Through this commitment, both organizations will promote actions to eliminate the barriers that prevent people with disabilities from accessing the labor market on equal terms.<\/p>\n

To fulfill its social mission, #JobsForAllPeople, the Adecco Foundation works on two main pillars: supporting those who face the greatest barriers to employment and collaborating with companies that create job opportunities. For the former, personalized employment pathways are designed and tailored to their circumstances, needs, and expectations, including reception, guidance, training, job placement, and\/or follow-up after hiring. With companies, awareness-raising actions are carried out to promote a mindset shift that impacts their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies and fosters more open and inclusive work environments.<\/p>\n

In this way, Ikusi reaffirms its commitment to diversity. Among other joint actions, awareness sessions for staff, training, and volunteer initiatives with people with disabilities will be carried out, with the aim of creating an environment that supports their full inclusion.<\/p>\n

Specifically, as part of this commitment, Ikusi has already hosted its first \u201cDiversity Encounter\u201d featuring Edu Carrera, ambassador of the Adecco Foundation. After suffering a motorcycle accident that left him with several physical aftereffects, he managed to overcome adversity and is now a professional skier, entrepreneur, and speaker. He visited Ikusi\u2019s office in Alcal\u00e1 de Henares, where he shared his life experience and reflections, aiming to eliminate prejudices and stereotypes associated with disability.<\/p>\n

In the same vein, Javi Mart\u00edn will visit Ikusi Spain\u2019s headquarters in October, on the occasion of World Mental Health Day. During this event, he will talk about the challenges he has faced throughout his career and the importance of supporting and understanding people with mental health issues\u2014a reality that affects 34% of the population in Spain.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Ikusi will participate on June 1st in the 16th edition of the 2025 \u201cRace for Abilities,\u201d a sporting and social event where thousands of runners will cover kilometers in support of the full inclusion of people with disabilities.<\/p>\n
