Ya casi no hablamos de que tienen que convivir el mundo off-line y el on-line, aunque contin\u00fae siendo cierto.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s a\u00fan, todos coinciden en que el concepto de marketing digital ha quedado obsoleto. El paradigma ha cambiado: en el Cisco Marketing Velocity celebrado hace unas semanas en Barcelona, los expertos coincidieron en afirmar que ahora se trata de hacer marketing en un mundo digital.<\/p>\n<p>Dicen tambi\u00e9n los gur\u00fas que el marketing ya no es cuesti\u00f3n de lo que sabes producir, sino de qu\u00e9 historias sabes contar. Es una especie de retorno a la forma m\u00e1s cl\u00e1sica de comunicaci\u00f3n, pero adaptada a las necesidades del entorno digital. Esto implica una buena dosis de agilidad y capacidad para crear mensajes personalizados en funci\u00f3n de los intereses que conocemos de nuestros diferentes p\u00fablicos a trav\u00e9s de un proceso de escucha activa. <\/p>\n<p>Se trata de hacer un ejercicio de reflexi\u00f3n, ver qu\u00e9 distingue a nuestra marca y a partir de ah\u00ed elaborar el relato, generando contenido de valor para conseguir un mayor conocimiento entre nuestros grupos de inter\u00e9s. Es lo que se conoce ahora con el nombre de storytelling.<\/p>\n<p>A partir de ah\u00ed el universo digital se pone a nuestra disposici\u00f3n con sus m\u00faltiples posibilidades. Una de las principales ventajas del marketing en el mundo digital es la posibilidad de segmentaci\u00f3n, de llegar al p\u00fablico que quieres, con el mensaje que quieres, all\u00ed donde quieres y cuando quieres. Un sue\u00f1o hace tan solo unos a\u00f1os, que las nuevas herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas han hecho realidad, permiti\u00e9ndonos impactar en nichos muy espec\u00edficos.<\/p>\n<p>Ah\u00ed tenemos los departamentos de marketing y comunicaci\u00f3n un nuevo reto: convertirnos en analistas y gestores de datos para proporcionar el mensaje adecuado a la persona adecuada en el momento adecuado y rentabilizar al m\u00e1ximo las acciones de marketing y comunicaci\u00f3n y las inversiones publicitarias.
