Deployment of a Network Operations Center managing platforms from vendors like Cisco, F5, Nice, Verint, Infoblox, and Avaya across five domains (Data, Internet, Carriers, Voice, and Recording). Ikusi fully manages some architectures and oversees third-party service delivery and operations for others.
Objetive
Serve over 2,500 ports, migrate more than 800 users to a Cisco IP telephony system, and implement a Cisco wireless network across 16 floors—empowering users with new collaboration tools to improve their work.
