Thirty-four operators and nine specialists were integrated. Currently, more than 1,000 monitoring alerts are generated per month, and more than 1,000 communication flows have been configured at the client's request. Over the course of the contract, more than 90 application integrations will be implemented, in addition to the implementation of eight dashboards and a Balanced Score Card.
