Diversity Encounter with Fundación Adecco at Ikusi Madrid

The Ikusi Madrid office hosted a new Diversity Encounter, organized by Fundación Adecco. The event featured Javi Martín, former host of Caiga Quien Caiga and author of the book Bipolar y a mucha honra.

During the session, Javi shared his personal story about mental health and diversity in the workplace. Since making his diagnosis public in 2020 and speaking openly about his suicide attempt in 2011, he has become a key advocate for mental health awareness. He now collaborates with Fundación Adecco as an ambassador.

In his talk, he highlighted the power of empathy as an essential tool for creating more inclusive and human work environments. His message resonated strongly with the audience and reinforced the importance of addressing mental health in professional settings. The session also strengthened Ikusi’s commitment to inclusion and diversity.
