We Are Now 1,000 People!

We have started 2026 with a particularly significant milestone: the Ikusi team surpassed 1,000 people in January.
A figure that reflects the sustained growth Ikusi is experiencing, and one that arrives at a symbolic moment for the organization: our 55th anniversary.

This milestone invites us not only to celebrate, but also to reflect. Growing means incorporating new talent, taking on new challenges, and strengthening our ability to deliver value to clients and partners. At the same time, it heightens our awareness of a core responsibility: taking care of the people who make Ikusi possible.

In this context, tools such as the Performance Evaluation and 360° Feedback become even more relevant. These are not just formal processes, but mechanisms that help us:
