Bolsa Mexicana de Valores renews its trust in Ikusi

Ikusi has secured a €2.9 million contract to upgrade the perimeter cybersecurity and business continuity systems of the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV). The project will focus on the data centers that handle the institution’s transactions, which total more than 3.2 trillion pesos annually—around 17.84% of Mexico’s GDP.

These data centers have grown significantly in recent years and now serve multiple organizations, presenting new cybersecurity challenges.

To meet this technological challenge, BMV has again turned to Ikusi. The company will redesign the data center and perimeter cybersecurity architecture with a flexible approach, enabling the segmentation of the infrastructure. In case of an incident, only the affected area will be shut down, avoiding impact on the rest of the operations.

This guarantees uninterrupted operations for all organizations using BMV’s data center services.

The contract reflects BMV’s continued confidence in Ikusi over the past four years and solidifies Ikusi’s position as a strategic partner in BMV’s data center operations.
