A webinar to explore the potential of combining ThousandEyes and AI

“From Observability to Decision-Making: Operational AI with ThousandEyes.” In this context, a webinar organized by Ikusi and Cisco was held last January 27, bringing together numerous professionals interested in enhancing their visibility and control over increasingly complex digital environments.
The session was led by Lidia Nova, Senior Network Engineer at Ikusi, who demonstrated how ThousandEyes has become a key platform for understanding, diagnosing, and optimizing the behavior of applications and networks.
Through a live demo, attendees were able to see how its agent-based architecture and ability to correlate metrics make it possible to anticipate incidents, identify bottlenecks, and deliver complete end-to-end visibility, both in internal environments and across cloud or internet services. Additionally, this approach helps organizations better understand performance patterns and proactively address issues before they impact users.
Beyond its traditional capabilities, the webinar also showcased how the integration of advanced features —including operational AI— helps accelerate analysis and support decision-making, always building on the solid observability foundation that defines ThousandEyes.
ThousandEyes is a network intelligence platform known for providing a comprehensive view of digital performance, from the end-user experience to the connectivity between critical services and applications. Moreover, thanks to its intelligent agents and distributed measurement approach, it enables organizations to quickly detect and resolve issues affecting employees and customers, optimize application delivery, and ensure a consistent digital experience.
