IGAC selects Ikusi to strengthen the availability and security of its nationwide network

Ikusi will support IGAC in ensuring the continuity, availability, and evolution of its networking infrastructure, supporting a nationwide network architecture based on Cisco technologies.

The project includes the renewal of licensing, manufacturer specialized support, and warranty extensions for Cisco SD-Access, Cisco ACI, and Cisco ISE platforms, which are fundamental components for connectivity, automation, data center operations, and secure network access control across the organization.

The solution delivered by Ikusi will enable IGAC to maintain the technological continuity of a critical infrastructure through the comprehensive management of its renewal and support lifecycle. The scope includes license activation and administration, Smart Account management, continued access to specialized support coverage, TAC services, software updates and maintenance, incident management, assistance with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, access to security and vulnerability alerts, as well as continuity, contingency, backup, and operational best practice activities.
