Ikusi implements Workday HCM to digitize and drive talent management
The technology services company specializing in digitization and cybersecurity incorporates Workday Human Capital Management cloud technology to improve employee experience and optimize talent management.
September 9 2024. Workday, the leading enterprise application platform that helps organizations manage their most important assets – their employees and business – has signed a strategic agreement with Ikusi, a technology services company specializing in offering companies efficient, robust and secure enterprise networks for implementing a platform for digitizing and driving the company’s talent management.
This is one of Ikusi’s strategic priorities, which is why it has joined forces with Workday. The aim of the collaboration is to digitize all of Ikusi’s talent management operations, through the human resources platform Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).
The Workday HCM technology has a core of centralized data containing the employee’s entire life cycle, from recruitment to onboarding, and their career trajectory within the company. The tool also offers quick and easy real-time access to all employee data from any device such as computers, tablets or mobile phones, thus facilitating strategy planning and execution.
It allows the integration of KPI planning, execution and analysis processes to improve user experience and optimize agility and team management processes.
“This platform serves as a meeting point for the entire organization and the different geographical regions in which we operate and is the right tool for supporting us in this new hybrid reality at work”, says Aitor Ardanza, Human Capital Director at Ikusi. “The flexibility of the Workday platform for adapting to different geographies and its capacity to provide a clear vision of the data were differentiating values for us”, he added.
Adolfo Pellicer, Iberia Country Manager at Workday, says that “this agreement shows the commitment of medium-sized Spanish companies to digitization and talent. We are very happy to support Ikusi on its journey of transformation. With Workday, Ikusi will be ready to take on the next level of management and to establish a more digitized and agile culture adapted to the needs of the future”.
