Ikusi at the “Digitalising Development” event organised by OPE Consultores

Aitor Ardanza, Ikusi’s Director of Human Capital, took part last April 16 in the “Digitalising Development” event organised by OPE Consultores. The event focused on analysing how to address people development in the context of increasingly digital organisations.

During his presentation, Ardanza shared Ikusi’s experience in its cultural transformation process, emphasising that this change goes far beyond technology. “True transformation is cultural,” he stated, highlighting the necessary evolution in people management to successfully support the digitalisation of the business.

In this regard, he explained how Ikusi is evolving towards an organisational culture based on anticipation in talent management, supported by Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This approach enables a holistic view of the employee experience, particularly through performance evaluation platforms, aligning people’s professional development with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
