The 'core' of Concepción airport is from Ikusi
After the deployment of the solutions Spider (improvement and optimization of airport processes), Beluga (Operational Database) and Dragonfly (automation of non-aeronautical revenues), Concepción airport in Chile has just contracted a new project from Ikusi that includes two other solutions: Dolphin (Passenger Information System) and Armadillo (Integral Security Platform) for the public address and closed circuit television systems. This is a challenge that involves the deployment of five of Ikusi’s solutions for airports. The client has continued to rely on Ikusi to complete the Operational Systems already implemented, and thus become one of the most modern airports in the country.
Concepción is already the third most important airport in Chile and with this technological transformation it will meet its objective of evolving towards an alternative international airport to Santiago de Chile.
